1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE.
You can pay when your order arrives.


2. How long does delivery take?

  • Dubai: Same-day or next-day delivery

  • Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah: 1–2 business days

  • Remote areas may take an extra day depending on courier schedules.


3. How do I track my order?

You will receive a WhatsApp or SMS message with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
You can also contact us anytime for an update.


4. What if the product doesn’t fit me or doesn’t help?

No problem — we offer free exchanges within 7 days.
If you experience any issues, reach out to us and we’ll take care of it.


5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns if:

  • The item is unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned within 7 days

We replace damaged or defective items immediately.


6. Are your products safe to use?

Yes. Our products are designed with comfort and proper posture support in mind.

7. Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel it.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible but you may request a return.


8. Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Currently, we only deliver within the United Arab Emirates.
