At Orvella, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Please read the details below to understand how our shipping and delivery process works.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all emirates in the UAE, including:
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.


2. Delivery Time

Dubai

  • Same-day delivery for orders placed before the daily cutoff time (typically 3–4 PM)

  • Next-day delivery for orders placed after cutoff

Other Emirates

  • 1–2 business days for most locations

  • Remote areas may require extra time depending on courier availability

Note: Deliveries may be delayed during public holidays, extreme weather, or courier disruptions.


3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees may vary based on your emirate and courier service.

Typical fees:

  • Dubai: AED X (set your rate)

  • Other Emirates: AED Y

Some promotions may include:

  • Free delivery on minimum order value

  • Time-limited free delivery campaigns


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE.

Please ensure:

  • You are available to receive the package

  • You have the exact cash amount (if possible)

  • Your address and phone number are correct

Failure to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.


5. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 12–24 hours on business days.
Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed the next business day.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A WhatsApp or SMS notification

  • Tracking link (if available from the courier)

  • Estimated delivery time

Our support team can also provide updates if needed.


7. Failed Deliveries

A delivery attempt may fail if:

  • The customer is unreachable

  • The address is incomplete or incorrect

  • There is no one to receive the package

In such cases:

  • The courier will re-attempt

  • If the order is returned, we may contact you for rescheduling

Repeated failed COD orders may lead to account restrictions.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • Provide a photo/video of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or solution


9. Pre-Orders

For products marked as pre-order, the estimated dispatch time will be clearly shown on the product page.
Delivery timelines begin after dispatch.
